Chandeliers
Each candelabra socket can hold a maximum of 60 watts. Those with a down light can hold a 50-75 watt reflector spot light.
Average dining room fixtures should not exceed 200 - 300 watts. Chandeliers with down lights are unique as arms provide light to the room, while the down light illuminates the subject over which it is placed.
Fixtures can be custom designed with candle arms and electric down light to blend the days of old with modern times. For safety, mount the fixture to a 4" round metal electrical ceiling box.
Sizing
At least 30" above center of table with 6" clearance on all sides. When not over a table, fixtures should be in inches what the diagonal of room measures in feet.
All Chandeliers come equipped with 18" of hand made S chain and wire, and ceiling plate for direct wiring into your electrical box.
